At Schraad Sales & Marketing, we know the best outcomes come from strong partnerships—and our recent meeting with the Idahoan team was a prime example.
Last week, members of our Schraad team sat down in-person for the first time with Jon Murray, Idahoan’s newly appointed SVP of Sales & Business Development. This key leadership meeting also marked a meaningful send-off for Glen Walter, who officially retired from his role as VP of Retail Sales after 12.5 years with Idahoan. Glen’s impact on the brand and the industry at large was palpable in the room, and it was an honor to be a part of this milestone moment.
Purpose-Driven Partnership
This biannual business review reaffirmed the strong alignment between our organizations and the mutual focus on winning at retail. From strategic planning to solution-oriented brainstorming, every conversation reflected a shared commitment to excellence—from shelf to shopper.
Key discussion topics included:
- Driving meaningful growth across AWG and its downstream retailers
- Executing with excellence at retail level to ensure Idahoan earns and maintains its fair share of shelf optimization
- Prioritizing innovation, category leadership, and in-store performance
We left the meeting with clarity, momentum, and mutual excitement about the opportunities ahead.
The Power of Face-to-Face
While we regularly collaborate across teams, there’s no substitute for face-to-face connection. The energy and trust built during our time together only reinforced the strength of our partnership and laid a strong foundation for the future.
